Your future tasks

  • Together with one of our development teams, you will design and develop the backend and frontend of our project management software Allex
  • You design the architecture and develop the corresponding interfaces, services, libraries, tools and algorithms
  • You are responsible for the entire development cycle of a specific product component with your team
  • You write high-quality and maintainable code and validate it with appropriate tests    
  • You enjoy sharing your knowledge and guiding your teammates with motivation and experience

Our tech stack

  • Our backend is built on microservices with Node.js, Python, Express.js, Redis, Apache Kafka, REST API (OpenAPI), Apollo GraphQL Server, Golang, and Socket.IO
  • Our databases include PostgreSQL, Neo4J, Elasticsearch, and Redis  
  • For monitoring, we use Grafana and Elasticsearch
  • Our frontend is based on a micro-frontend architecture with React, Redux, and Apollo Client  
  • We deploy using Google Cloud Platform, GitHub Workflows, Docker, Kubernetes, Ambassador, and GitOps (Flux)
  • For AI and data analytics, we use Elasticsearch, OpenAI (Azure), Langfuse, and an in-house reporting service

What you should bring

  • Extensive professional experience in software development with most of our stack
  • Completed a bachelor's degree in IT or comparable education
  • Enthusiasm for challenges and the goal of offering users real added value through an outstanding product
  • Curiosity, openness, independent working style and high willingness to learn - you see teamwork as the key to success
  • A passion for programming with the ambition to develop high-quality and long-lasting solutions

We embrace new technologies such as ChatGPT and GitHub Copilot. However, we also focus on pragmatic good solutions and are not fixed on a certain technology.

Deine zukünftigen Aufgaben:

  • Gemeinsam mit einem unserer Entwicklungsteams konzipierst und entwickelst du das Backend und Frontend unserer Projektmanagement-Software Allex
  • Du gestaltest die Architektur und entwickelst die entsprechenden Schnittstellen, Services, Bibliotheken, Tools und Algorithmen
  • Du verantwortest den gesamten Entwicklungszyklus einer spezifischen Produktkomponente mit deinem Team
  • Du schreibst hochwertigen und wartbaren Code und sicherst diesen mit entsprechenden Tests ab
  • Du teilst gerne dein Wissen und leitest deine Teamkollegen mit Motivation und Erfahrung an

  • Hauptprogrammiersprache: Typescript (Frontend & Backend)
  • Backend: Microservices, Node.js/Python/Golang, Express.js, Redis, Apache Kafka, REST-API (OpenAPI), Apollo GraphQL Server, Socket.IO

Das solltest du mitbringen:

  • Umfassende Berufserfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung mit einem Großteil unseres Stacks
  • Abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium in IT oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Begeisterung für Herausforderungen und das Ziel, Nutzern durch ein herausragendes Produkt echten Mehrwert zu bieten
  • Neugier, Offenheit, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise und hohe Lernbereitschaft – Teamarbeit siehst du als Schlüssel zum Erfolg
  • Leidenschaft für Programmierung mit dem Anspruch, qualitativ hochwertige und langlebige Lösungen zu entwickeln  ‍
