Your future tasks

  • Development of innovative data analysis-backend-services which generate customized recommendations for our users and significantly increase their success
  • Integration into front-end components of Allex
  • Maintain, expand, and analyse the potential within the existing AI solutions of Allex (e.g., AI chatbot, AI project generation, reporting, etc.)
  • Develop and implement analytics using classical algorithms, Elasticsearch, LLMs, and in-house models with Node.js and Python
  • Define and maintain high-quality APIs for our microservice and micro-frontend architecture
  • Monitor and troubleshoot backend services

  • Backend: Microservices, Node.js/Python, Express.js, Redis, Apache Kafka, REST API (OpenAPI), Apollo GraphQL Server, Golang, Socket.IO
  • Databases: PostgreSQL, Neo4J, Elasticsearch, Redis
  • Monitoring: Grafana, Elasticsearch
  • Frontend: Micro Frontend, React, Redux, Apollo Client
  • CI/CD & Deployment: Google Cloud Platform, GitHub Workflows, Docker, Kubernetes, Ambassador, GitOps (Flux)
  • AI/Data Analytics: Elasticsearch, OpenAI (Azure), Langfuse, in-house reporting service

What you should bring

  • A Bachelor’s degree in IT or mathematics, ideally with a focus on Machine Learning, Data Analysis or statistics, or similar, and proven experience writing high-quality code
  • A love for challenges and a strong focus on delivering real value to users through great products
  • A collaborative mindset — you enjoy sharing knowledge, are curious, open-minded, and eager to learn — because for you, teamwork is key to success
  • Experience with parts of our tech stack and RESTful service development
  • You analyse problems and implement new features with a structured and analytical approach

We are open to the use of state-of-the-art tools such as ChatGPT and GitHub Copilot, but we also attach great importance to programming experience and in-depth specialist knowledge.

Deine zukünftigen Aufgaben:

  • Entwicklung innovativer Datenanalyse-Backend-Services, die maßgeschneiderte Handlungsempfehlungen für unsere Nutzer generieren und so deren Erfolg maßgeblich steiger
  • Integration in Frontendkomponenten von Allex
  • Pflege, Erweiterung & Analyse der Potenziale in den bestehenden Lösungen von Allex(AI-Chatbot, AI-Projektgenerierung, Reporting etc.)
  • Entwicklung und Implementierung von Analysen mithilfe von klassischen Algorithmen, Elasticsearch, LLMs und eigenen Modellen in Node.js und Python
  • Definition & Pflege hochwertiger APIs für unsere Microservice- und Micro-Frontend-Architektur
  • Überwachung & Fehlerbehebung in den Backend-Services

Das solltest Du mitbringen:

  • Du hast einen Bachelor-Abschluss in IT oder Mathematik (mit Schwerpunkt auf Machine Learning, Datenanalyse, Statistik o. Ä.) und hast bereits hochwertigen Code entwickelt
  • Du magst Herausforderungen und legst großen Wert darauf, den Nutzern durch ein großartiges Produkt echten Mehrwert zu bieten
  • Du teilst gerne dein Wissen, bist neugierig, aufgeschlossen und lernbereit – Teamfähigkeit ist für dich der Schlüssel zum Erfolg
  • Du hast Erfahrung mit Teilen unseres Software-Stacks & der Entwicklung von RESTful Services
  • Du analysierst Probleme und setzt neue Features mit einer strukturierten und analytischen Herangehensweise um
  • Du bist ein schneller Programmierer und willst echten Kundennutzen in guter Qualität bauen
