Your Role

You will be responsible for building up and filling our sales funnel on the international manufacturing markets. You will build the foundation for Allex’s future success by driving new sales opportunities through your engaged work and innovative campaigns. Your responsibilities will be:

  • Qualify inbound leads coming through all our marketing channels
  • Continuously work on our outbound campaigns and pipeline including all types of outbound activities in collaboration with Allex’s C-Level management
  • Research and understand the needs of our prospects and customers, and effectively communicate our value proposition
  • Prioritize opportunities and mobilize the appropriate internal resources to help accelerate our sales cycles
  • Generate insights from direct customer communication and feedback to all other teams with the goal to become a better product/company every day
  • Partner with Marketing to develop and execute the best common go-to-market strategies


  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Strong written and oral communication
  • Native/Fluent in German and English
  • Enjoy contacting new and known prospects by phone, social media, or email
  • Experience in Enterprise B2B software/SaaS sales a strong advantage
  • Experience working with SMEs as customers is preferred
  • Ability to engage with customers and prospects at every level of the organization
  • Willingness to own the sales pipeline of an early-stage tech startup
